Act I — Legacy
A three-decade practice, quietly built.
Clinic82's clinical foundation is Swissmed Health — the medical centre Dr Dinos Xydas MD built in Cyprus and grew over more than three decades of practice. Twenty-five thousand patients through the hardest end of medicine: cases already labelled chronic, complex, or beyond conventional treatment. Cancer. Autoimmune disease. Neurodegeneration. Cardiovascular failure.
Rooted in Swiss values of precision and trust, and trained at the Paracelsus Clinic in Switzerland under Dr Thomas Rau — one of the world's most respected voices in biological medicine — Xydas built a practice on a discipline most clinics no longer teach: listen carefully, measure carefully, remove the root.
Act II — Evolution
From Swissmed to Clinic82.
In 2023, backed by members of Brookstreet Equity Partners LLP, Swissmed's clinical practice entered a new institutional phase — professionalising governance, expanding its clinical infrastructure, and preparing the ground for a next-generation longevity practice on the Mediterranean.
In 2026, we brought in Dr Oliver Zolman MBBS BSc — creator of the 82-organ-type framework, author of the Longevity Level 1–2–3 Protocol, and one of the small handful of clinicians globally defining what evidence-based longevity medicine actually is — to lead the longevity discipline alongside Dr Xydas's Difficult Conditions practice.
The result is Clinic82 — a clinic that runs two disciplines under one roof:
Led by Dr Dinos Xydas MD
Difficult Conditions
Xydas's three decades of experience managing the cases most clinics won't touch. Root-cause biological medicine trained under Dr Thomas Rau at the Paracelsus Clinic, Switzerland. 25,000+ patients, delivered one at a time.
Led by Dr Oliver Zolman MBBS BSc
Longevity Protocols
Zolman's evidence-first framework for measuring biological age across 82 organ types, then intervening on it. Residential protocols. Multi-clock consensus scoring.
Clinic82 is among a small number of international clinics bringing advanced longevity prevention and Difficult Conditions care together within one clinical framework. The person walking through our door with a diagnosis, and the person walking through with none, are both greeted by the same organ-type read of their biology. One clinic. Two doors. Every relevant organ type, mapped.
