Small files, specific purposes.

"Cookies" are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixel tags, tracking scripts, embedded fonts and third-party embeds. This notice covers all of these together as "tracking technologies".

This notice describes the tracking technologies Clinic82 uses on its website today, naming each live tool with its provider, purpose and retention, and the categories we may add in future. Anything new is disclosed here before it is switched on.

Categories of tracking technologies.

Depending on the current deployment of our website, we may use one or more of the following categories of tracking technologies:

The specific tracking technologies actually running at any given time will be disclosed here — with vendor name, purpose, and retention — as they are added. Where consent is required by GDPR or Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018, you will be presented with a consent control before non-essential cookies are set.

Vendors we may use.

Where we use third-party tools, those vendors act as independent data controllers or joint controllers for their own processing. Their own privacy notices govern their handling of your data. Vendors may include, without limitation:

• Hosting and forms — Netlify (site hosting and form submissions)
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd (loaded only after you accept analytics; cookies _ga and _ga_YGZGZ076CV, kept for up to 14 months)
• Advertising — Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight (only if deployed and only with consent)
• Communications — WhatsApp Business, Calendly, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
• Live chat — HelpCrunch (on-site chat; loads only when you open the chat, then sets its own cookies to maintain your conversation)
• Embedded media — YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps
• Automation and AI — internal tooling and external LLM APIs where used

We will disclose the specific vendors in use and update this section as tooling changes.

How you control tracking.

You can control tracking technologies in the following ways:

• Consent controls — the cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics, with both choices given equal weight. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing consent stops analytics and removes the _ga cookies. Your choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage for 12 months, not in a cookie.
• Browser settings — most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Restricting cookies may affect site functionality — for example, form submissions or theme preferences may not persist.
• Third-party opt-outs — where a third-party tool (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) offers a direct opt-out, the vendor's own opt-out will apply in addition to the on-site controls.

Global privacy signals.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics: the cookie banner is not shown and Google Analytics does not load. The interpretation and legal weight of browser privacy signals is evolving; you can always refuse analytics directly with Reject analytics or from Cookie settings in the footer.

Changes to this notice.

We update this notice when we add or change tracking technologies. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the last substantive update.
