Feedback and Concerns.

If something has not met your expectations, or if you have a clinical concern about care you or someone in your care has received at Clinic82, we want to hear from you. This page explains how, and what to expect.

Effective 14 July 2026 · v1.0
01 — Not an emergency route

In an emergency, call local services.

This channel is not monitored 24/7 and is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you or someone in your care is experiencing a medical emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, suicidal ideation, acute mental-health crisis — contact your local emergency services immediately.

02 — How to raise a concern

A single confidential inbox.

Clinical concerns, service concerns and formal complaints can be raised in one of the following ways:

  • Email: concerns@clinic82.com
  • By post: Clinic82 — 33 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, 3070 Limassol, Cyprus. Marked "Private and confidential — Feedback & Concerns".
  • In writing during a visit: handed to a member of our Patient Services team in a sealed envelope, marked "Private and confidential — Feedback & Concerns".

Please include your name, contact details, the date and, where relevant, the name of any Clinic82 clinician or staff member involved. If your concern relates to a family member or someone in your care, please state your relationship and, where applicable, confirm the individual's consent for us to discuss their care with you.

03 — What to expect

Acknowledgement, review, response.

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your concern within two (2) working days.
  • Assess the concern internally, involving the responsible clinician or team where appropriate.
  • Respond substantively within twenty (20) working days of the initial acknowledgement, or sooner where possible. Where a fuller investigation is needed, we will let you know and give an updated timeframe.
  • Keep the correspondence confidential, share it only with those directly involved in reviewing or responding, and log it under our internal clinical-governance record.
04 — Escalation

If you are not satisfied.

If our initial response does not resolve your concern, you may ask for the matter to be reviewed by the Clinic82 Executive Team. That review will consider the substance of the concern, the initial response, and any further information you wish to provide.

Where a concern raises questions of clinical practice, the matter is reviewed by the responsible medical leadership as part of our internal clinical-governance process.

05 — Clinical concern vs general enquiry

Please route correctly.

06 — External bodies

Rights to escalate externally.

You have the right to raise a concern with the relevant Cypriot regulatory or professional body at any time, whether or not you have contacted us first. For data-protection matters, you may lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. For matters of professional conduct, you may contact the relevant medical professional body under whose registration the clinician practises.
